In 2014, the desire to awaken the European salon gathering culture born in the last century gave rise to the Tbilisi Hearth. We aimed to create an environment that reflected the now-moving, living Tbilisi identity, while also paying homage to European culture first heard in Georgia. Our mission was to offer a range of Georgian and European flavors that would elevate the senses, with the first step being the creation of the best khinkali taste.

Through our efforts, we strived for subtlety and beauty, the two values that underpin the coexistence of the association’s name. We are proud to have brought these elements together in a single place, and we look forward to welcoming you to our establishment.
